The Bankruptcy Legal Practice Center (the “Center”)focuses on M & A financing, debt restructuring, compulsory liquidation, bankruptcy reorganization, etc.. Yingzun is now the third-tier bankruptcy administrator of the Higher People's Court of Guangdong Province.
      Since the establishment of the Center, it has served as the bankruptcy administrator of dozens of companies and has accumulated rich experience in bankruptcy liquidation and reorganization. The Center has introduced ALPHA law firm management system so as to achieve meticulous management of cases. In order to meet the needs of collaborative work, the Center also build a private cloud base on the Synology NAS storage system for law firm, to achieve knowledge sharing among team members and electronic file management for cases.
